Our Banquet Facility is available to members and non-members. Non-members will need a member-sponsor in good standing.
The Facility will comfortably allow for a guest list up to 150 people (120 seated). With oversized windows surrounding the room, your guests will receive a spectacular view of Deep Creek and the WYCC marina.
Our experienced staff will help you to select and prepare the very best menu that fits your needs at least two weeks prior to the event. Our prices are competitive, and our dedicated staff will help make your event memorable.
When booking an event, we require a $200 non-refundable deposit accompany the reservation to hold the date. The deposit will be applied to your final bill. All events are to be five hours or less in duration.
The member-sponsor, regardless of the type of event, is accountable for all charges associated with the event. The room charges for non-member events are listed below:
