Trays consist of 100 pieces each unless offered by weight.  The typical amount of food required is 12 bites per person for non-meal time functions, or 15-16 bites per person, if function is scheduled close to lunch or dinner hours. All items are subject to an 18% gratuity and 11.5% tax.  100% of the total balance will be due 10 days prior to the function. Any additions during the day of the function will be billed.
